Valerie is a Soloist for this interdisciplinary evening of song, exploring the interplay of sound, dance, and memory.

At its heart are compositions by Kurt Weill, Hanns Eisler, and Ella Milch-Sheriff, as well as the poem "Remembrance" by Langston Hughes, an icon of the American Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s.
